Participants will receive a reminder card via mail for each paid registration received 5 working days before program. Payment must be received in full prior to the first class. If a class is full or cancelled, or if there is any change in class time or location, you will be notified by phone.

Changes
For reasons beyond our control, it is sometimes necessary to change faculty, course content, location, time and date. Your understanding in these cirucumstances will be appreciated.

Class Cancellations
Each class has a minimum enrollment that must be met in order for the course to be held. Classes with low enrollment will be cancelled shortly before the starting date, with a full refund provided.

Full tuition refunds will be issued if 1) a class is full, 2) a class is cancelled, or 3) you notify the office no later than 3 working days prior to the first class. The day of the class is not to be included in the "three working days prior" (examples: a Saturday class may be cancelled on Wednesday, but not Thursday; a Friday class may be cancelled on Tuesday, but not Wednesday; a Monday class may be cancelled on Wednesday, but not Thursday).

Parking
Continuing Education participants attending courses in the Perkins or Stratton buildings may park in the "general" lot adjacent to the Perkins building. Participants attending weekly classes held in other campus buildings will receive a parking permit valid only in Alumni Coliseum Commuter Lot 6:00 a.m.-4:30 pm and in any Commuter Lot after 4:30 pm. On Saturdays, all employee and commuter campus parking lots are open to Community Education participants. Alumni Coliseum is not available on game days.
